Exchanges and Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us. If you need to request a return or exchange, we want to make it simple and convenient for you.
All return/exchange requests must be pre-approved by us. The following applies to all products except certain specialty items that are labeled as such in the product description.
You may return or exchange products in their original packaging within 30 days of order date. Personalized items may only be returned or exchanged if the items are defective in materials or workmanship. Please notify us of defective merchandise within 72 hours of receipt of product. Defective items will be replaced immediately based on availability. If a credit is preferred, credit will be made back to your original method of payment.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
Returned items without an RMA will be rejected. Contact Customer Service for an RMA. RMA must be written on outside of shipping carton (not on product packaging). If shipping labels are placed on, or RA numbers written on the manufacturer's boxes, the product will not be in resalable condition, and, in turn, will not be eligible for return. All original packaging and materials, including all parts, accessories and instruction manuals from the manufacturer must be returned with the product. Failure to comply may result in denial of RA credit.
